Overview

Farmhouse decor, large kitchen and spacious home to spread out. The Boho Master Bedroom decor with large attached bathroom which has a tub & shower for bathing. Cactus Bedroom with queen and double beds. Two big-screen TVs with wifi, a large family room so you can spread out, a totally comfy living room, and the dining room table fits 10 comfortably. It's kid-friendly with many amenities for small kiddos. Patios, fire pit in the back yard and explore the mountains from our back gate.
Coffee, tea and cocoa available and items in cupboards and refrigerator you are welcome to use. Bring firewood for the fire pit located in the backyard. Purchase firewood at the local gas station Maverick nearby to make your stay even more comfortable. Wi-Fi and streaming capabilities.

Mortimer Farms is a working farm that chooses to be open to the public which is located across Highway 69. Near Gas/Market. Prescott Country Club offers a Nestled in a valley between the Mingus and Bradshaw mountain ranges, Prescott Golf & Country Club (Public Use) offers panoramic views, tree-lined fairways, and restaurant available to those who wish to T-off. Prescott is a short drive (13 miles) away to the country town that we all fall in love with. Prescott is the first capital of Arizona where guns are still found in holsters and is the home of the WORLD's oldest rodeo. Historically known for what Former Governor Rose Mofford named Prescott is the "Arizona's Christmas City."

Check-in anytime between 2 pm and 6 am the following day. You may request early check-in or late check-out at no additional charge based on availability. We will send you the check-in instructions the night before your arrival. No Worries it's easy.

No smoking in the home, no vaping in the home. Smoking on Front or Back Patio's and on grounds. Butt's can be placed in pot's located on both patios for your convenience. Left Items: if anything is left behind, and you want us mail it back, there is a $20.00 handling fee plus shipping. Paid in advance. We mail on the or before the 7 business day after payment is received. Parities and/or special events need to be preapproved by Airbnb hosts prior to the date of stay or there is an additional charges to clean up and garbage disposal fee that will be assessed to your deposit or more.No petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM (next day)

Payment Policy

All payments are to made prior to arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit is 250.00 and if additional damages for damages will be assessed upon checkout/cleaning and will be requesting additional funds based on damages not reported or more than $250.00

Cancellation Policy

5 day notice prior to arrival, 100% refuned.

Our Rules state No pets.
No Parking on STREET. 4 vehicles can easily park in carport and additional parking available on the property.
No Guns, no ammo, NO fires in anything but designed firepits.

NO CANDLES, please no candles.

Should you or your guests not follow the rules than you and your guests are subjected to lose the deposit and also may be removed from the property without reimbursement of rental prices and fees, both at owners' discretion.
Left Items: House rules state that if anything is left behind that you want to be retuned, can easily be mailed back, there is a $20.00 handling fee plus shipping. Paid in advance, mailed on or before the 2 business day after payment is received.
