A lovely residential area in leafy Ascot, yet close to the shops and tourist sights of Windsor, Reading and Bracknell. It is a quiet and peaceful area, allowing you a great night's sleep!

During Royal Ascot every year (June) HRH the Queen visits and can be seen in her open top carriage (weather permitting) as she enters the racecourse.

Ideal for people with their own transport, however also has adequate bus and train transport. Only a short walk to the bus stop and 20 min walk to Ascot Train Station. Ascot racecourse is a 15-20 minute walk.

A great place to relax and unwind in after work, or a day at the races. Garden area with table and chairs provides extra outside space to enjoy in the light summer evenings.

The cleaning fee covers expenses for preparing for the next guest (laundry, cleaning supplies, manpower, etc.) after your stay. If you would like a daily housekeeping service, we are happy to provide it for a small charge.
