All utilities are covered - water, heat, electricity, and high-speed internet. There is also a washer and dryer in unit and separate bedroom and living room thermostats and for temperature control.

Please respect your neighbors and do not make excessive noise in your unit between the hours of 10pm and 9am. Enjoy & be respectful of your neighbors who are typically graduate students, medical residents, and university professors. Please, no late night weekday parties or excessive noise anytime.
Parking spots must be reserved at the time of booking by providing your vehicle information (make, model, color, and license plate), even if your listing indicates availability of parking. We can not guarantee availability of parking, if it has not been reserved ahead of time. If parking is not included in your reservation or if you require additional parking spots, the cost is $160/month prorated based on length of stay.
As a self-catering rental, we ask that our guests leave the place in a reasonably tidy condition so that our cleaners will be able to turn the unit around within their allotted time and to keep the cleaning fee low. If a unit requires a significantly extra cleaning (trash or clutter left everywhere, spills or stains on the floors or walls, etc.) we may ask you to pay a surcharge. Any evidence of smoke, burning or entrenched food smells that require professional deodorizing will incur a minimum charge of $200.

If you wish to extend your stay, no problem, we love when this happens! Just give us 36 hours notice so that we may adjust our schedules.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The damage deposit will be refunded to the guest within 5 days of check out as long as the apartment was left in the condition in which it was found.
