Overview

Our 1920's beautifully remodeled Craftsman 3 bdrm/2ba is located in the historic, highly walk-able and vibrant Highlands neighborhood filled with local restaurants, brew pubs/bars and trendy boutiques.

We are conveniently located close to downtown (15 mins) with close freeway access for zipping up to the mountains or Red Rocks.

Guests have access to both levels of the home and a beautiful backyard patio and front porch w/swing for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
This home is 100% Solar Powered. Our main level has two bdrms w/queen beds, a full and modern kitchen, dining and living room (Smart TV) and a full bath. The downstairs level includes 1 bdrm w/queen Sleep Number bed, 1 adult folding bed with memory foam mattress, cozy living area (Smart TV/fast WIFI), breakfast nook and laundry room w/washer/dryer.

We have furnished our home with contemporary Craftsman furniture and enjoy hosting people who appreciate exploring all Denver has to offer.

Getting around

One parking spot available in back of the house off of the alley and always plenty of on-street parking. We are within walking distance to downtown. You can catch a bus 2 blocks away. Uber is $5.00 to Union Station.
