Villa is located at Venetian Bay Villages in Kissimmee, FL. When you get to the main entrance, security will provide a parking pass upon confirmation of your reservation.

This villa can perfectly accommodate 8 people.

House Rules

- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home. If you smoke in the home you will be charged a $750.00 non refundable fee.
-No pets allowed during your stay unless approved by owner. If you do bring a pet that was not approved by the owner you will be charged a $250.00 non refundable fee.
-There is no moving of furniture of any kind during your stay. -It is guest’s responsibility to dispose of all trash in the home and bring it to the dumpster. Dumpster is located near tennis courts.
- No gatherings of more than 10 people unless discussed and approved by owner. - Per HOA regulations, no outdoor noise past 10 PM.
- AC is not to go below 68 degrees and Heat is not to go above 78 degrees.
- Toiletries and detergent are provided. Once they run out, it is guest’s responsibility to buy more for the remainder of their stay. - -Sanitary napkins are not to be flushed down the toilet. If sanitary napkins are flushed down the toilet and plumbing issues arise, it is guest’s responsibility to pay for repairs.
