Spacious 3 brdm house in quiet Baltimore city area - Baltimore

In order to stay in our home please commit to abide by the following rules and provide us with the following information:
1. No 3rd party bookings please - the person whose account is making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the house. 3rd party bookings are against AirBnB policy and not covered by their insurance.
2. Guest registry - Please specify the names and ages of all guests. Only registered guests can stay. Each guest must present government issued picture ID upon booking.
5. Confirm that you have read and agree to follow all our House Rules. Agree to our terms and sign our contract.

Please treat our house as if it was your own, with care and consideration for the guests to come after you.

We wish for guests to have a comfortable, relaxed and safe stay! The rules are in place to maintain basic safety for guest(s), the hosts and of the home/neighbors. All local and state laws must be adhered to. Illegal activity, firearms and drugs are not tolerated in the home, nor are guest(s) who are under the influence of illegal drugs.

WiFi Internet access is provided for your convenience. You are not allowed to perform illegal activities including but not limited to infringement of any person's intellectual property rights, hacking, virus distribution, cyber attacks when using the WiFi.

Please note that the price is set for reasonable use of utilities. Usage above the average will be deducted from your deposit.

For long term stays, a monthly cleaning is REQUIRED at an extra fee of $100 to pay our cleaning crew.

Guest(s) may not invite any persons who are unregistered guests to or into the home for any length of time without informing host prior to occupancy. We are somewhat flexible and just want to be informed so there are no surprises. Presence of unregistered and unapproved guests on the property at any time is immediate cause for cancellation of the booking without refund. You will be charged a fee of $50 a night/day for each unregistered guest.

Guest(s) may not remove any items from the home, other than their trash. By booking and occupying the house/room, guest(s) accept financial responsibility (i.e. guest will pay for damages done to home or its contents) for any damages done by guest(s), registered guest(s) 's children, unregistered guests, or guest(s)'s pet to the property or contents of the property, inside or out, including vehicles parked on premises.

We provide basic supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, detergents for short term stays, up to a week. For longer term stays the guest will be expected to restock supplies him/herself at their own cost.

This is a residential neighborhood - no parties, loud noise of any kind, no illegal substances/activities or anything that will disturb the neighbors
Guest(s) are asked to observe quiet hours between 10PM and 8am on weeknights and 10PM and 10am on the weekends.

Guest(s) are asked to lock any door that they use to access the house every time they enter or exit the premise.

Smoking is allowed ONLY outside of the property. Please do not leave cigarette butts around nor throw them on the ground around you.

If not sure if something is ok or not, please e-mail me and I will respond to you within a day because I care about my guests and my property.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property, its owner, its management company, its respective affiliates and all of its respective officers, directors, partners, members, and employees from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/ or property, fines, liens, losses and other liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or in any way related to your event, including claims for loss or damage to any property, or for death or injury to any individual
