Spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo at oceanfront resort - North Topsail Beach

Bed Linens and Towels will be provided. Please leave in unit after your stay so that they may be washed.
There are beach towels and throws in baskets in living room for your use.
We will provide enough toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. You will want to add these items to your shopping list when you go to the market.
Games for your enjoyment are stored in the buffet in the main living area and in the master cupboard.
Beach toys for your use can be found in the chest on the deck.
There are 2 parking passes provided in the condo. Please hang pass in your windshield during your stay. Please leave the parking passes on the kitchen counter when you depart
There are electronic gate cards provided in the condo for courtyard entry.. Please leave the cards on the kitchen counter when you depart
Please clean lint trap to dryer with each use.
There is no grilling within 15 feet of the buildings. There are several charcoal grills provided in front of the building.
There are 6 pool wristbands provided. Please wear these when going to the pool.
No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony.
Please do not hang towels over the deck railing.
No pets please. There is a no guest pet policy in our association rules.
Please keep AC no lower than 72 degrees during the summer. The high humidity will cause the AC unit to freeze and will shut down.
We are part of a community and want to respect quiet times of the families around us. Please no loud music or voices after 10:00 pm.
