Southern Sweet Condo - Nashville

Smoking is ONLY allowed outside on patio. Please use the numbered parking space “1052” in front of condo. Additional parking is allowed at the side parking lot or under the covered parking area. Parking is only permitted in designated parking areas. Commercial vans, mobile homes, boats, trailers, storage pods, etc. cannot be parked or stored outside unless management gives prior approval. Any type of mechanical work is not allowed in parking areas. The Unit owner nor the Association is not responsible for any damage done to parked vehicles. Vehicles must be moved when necessary for snow removal or maintenance purposes. Any fluid or oil leaks need to be cleaned promptly and appropriately.
POOL – The swimming pool is located directly in front of the condo. Children must be supervised at all times while at pool area. Pool rules are posted on the fence and must be followed. Rules for use of the Pool Facilities: The pool is open May through September from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. Everyone using the pool area does so at their own risk. NO GLASS ALLOWED in pool area! City Codes department will padlock the pool if ANY Glass is around it. A common area key is used for the pool, laundry and work-out areas. If the key is lost or stolen, the replacement fee is $75.00. As required by liability insurance and city ordinance, the pool gate must be closed and locked at all times. Key must be used to enter and exit pool area. Drinking, eating or smoking in the pool is not permitted. Children under age 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult responsible for their safety. All radios, are not permitted within 10 feet of the water. They must be used at a level which does not disturb the residents. Running, boisterous conduct, unnecessary splashing, ball or Frisbee throwing are not permitted in the pool area. Devices worn for safety such as tubes, life preserves, training rings, goggles, etc. are permitted in the pool. Scuba equipment and small toys that can get clogged in the pumps and drains are not allowed. Recognized swimwear is required in the pool - no cutoffs. Nudity is NOT ALLOWED. Infants/toddles must wear appropriate swimwear, such as swim diapers, not regular diapers. For health reasons and to prevent clogging of pool filters by body creams and oils, swimmers must shower before entering. If you abuse these rules you and your guest will be asked to leave the condo and due NO refund of money.
