We have been vacationing at Smuggs for over 15 years and finally decided to purchase a unit. We love this family friendly resort with something for everyone. We have one unit provides ski on/ski off access right down to the village lift. We also have a second unit available right around the corner from it. Both units sleep up to 8 people.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 5PM - 9PM

Check in at Guest Services desk and they will provide electronic room key. Follow the map to the unit and enter through the front door, go down one flight of stairs. When you enter the door at the bottom of the stairs the ski lockers and trash/recycling closets will be to your left. Your room key will open the ski closet. Proceed down the hall and Willows 34 is the first unit on your right.

Payment Policy

Payment is accepted via Venmo or check sent to our address. Deposit equal to one nights lodging is required, once you receive a confirmation number the deposit must be received within 7 days. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Notes

Limited Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to 8 guests. The condo will not be rented to anyone under 25 years of age.

Non-Disturbance Clause: Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors nor use the property for any unlawful purposes.

Care of Premises/Damages: No pets allowed. No smoking permitted in the condo or on the deck.

Indemnity Clause: Renter herby agrees to Indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities on the Property and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto.
