Check In: 3PM - Flexible

I will contact you three days before your arrival to make sure that everything is okay on your side, and give you some additional instructions for a smooth check-in.

House Rules

No parties or events allowed. Violation will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation
No smoking indoors, outdoors, or on the sidewalk in front of our house. The reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine if smoking rules are violated.
No illegal drugs
No more than 2 additional visitors without asking in advance.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm-6:00 am during the week and 11 pm-6:30 am on the weekends (Friday-Saturday-Sunday)
Please turn off the AC/Heater/Lights when you go out. The lowest AC setting allowed is 70 degrees. The highest Heater setting allowed is 72 degrees.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
The garage is locked and not accessible to guests.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check in.
Full refund cancellations made within 48hours of booking.
50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.
