Ski View Chalet, nestled between the oaks and next to the national forest, walk to the Bear Mountain Ski Resort or hike one of the many trails. When you step inside this immaculate, well-cared for mountain home you will notive the attention to details. The living room area features expansive picture windows to soak up the sun and slope views. Sit on the sectional sofa and enjoy a fire with the unique freestanding wood burning fireplace. The living room also features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, cable TV, and an audio receiver with surround sound for your listening enjoyment plus a leather recliner.

The open concept dining room and kitchen area feature a large dining table to seat up to 8 guests and a large bar height counter. The well-appointed kitchen offers full-size newer stainless steel appliances including a microwave oven, standard coffee pot, gas range with oven, toaster/toaster oven, and all the kitchen utensils you will need to prepare a gourmet meal.

Head down the hall where you will find the first bedroom which includes a full-size bed, twin trundle, an air hockey game table, a ceiling fan, plus access to the rear deck and hot tub. There is plenty of space to enjoy this home and all it has to offer! Back down the hall, you will find two large full bathrooms, an additional bedroom with a queen-sized bed, plus the large laundry/snow gear storage room.

The large master bedroom is at the end of the hall and provides plenty of extra space to relax, with a separate seating area, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen t.v. and DVD player to enjoy. The master bathroom features a soaking bathtub and large standing shower.

Head out onto the private rear deck from either the master bedroom or the third bedroom to enjoy the 8 person hot tub or to enjoy stargazing. For views of Bear Mountain Resort and all the ski/snowboarding action head out to the expansive front deck. This area features an outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, and a gas grill which is all set up and ready for you to BBQ.

The park-like setting outdoors features many oak trees, pines, manzanitas and you are sure to enjoy the wonderful Bear Mountain Views!

Please note: Due to COVID Restrictions the City limits bookings to Single Households, Limits the total number of Cars to 2, and FINES and EVICTS guests who have parties and/or more than than the allotted number of guests. The City is also strictly enforcing 10 pm noise ordinances and NO PARTY Rules.
