Welcome to Silver Palms Villa at Solana Resort. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, golf and of course Disney! Our villa offers you all the luxury and amenities of a 5 star hotel and resort. It has its own game room plus a private south-west swimming pool with an extended deck giving you lots of space for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. Our two en-suite master bedrooms make it perfect for two families to share the space providing spacious accommodation for ten people.

My family and I love traveling and Florida is a frequent destination. We visit Orlando several times a year and when we're not in town we open the doors to our fabulous 5 bed, 3 bath pool villa to other travelers visiting the area. We hope you enjoy staying at our villa as much as we do.

Lockbox near main door. Check in instructions will be provided a few days prior to booking start date.

House Rules

NO Smoking is permitted in the villa at any time

NO pets allowed in the villa

Please ensure that all trash/rubbish is collected and placed in garbage bags in the kitchen area or in the trash can outside.

Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle – please do not leave plates with food in the kitchen sink.

If you have time, please strip ALL USED BEDS and place all DIRTY linen and towels in the laundry area and start a wash cycle. Please ensure there are no wet towels left in the bedrooms or on the pool deck area.

Ensure that all lights/TV’s are turned off and exterior doors/windows locked.

For health and safety reasons we do not supply a BBQ. If a BBQ is required our Property Management Company will supply one for a small fee. The BBQ will be delivered and positioned outside of the pool cage near the door. The BBQ will be collected at the end of your holiday. Under NO circumstances must the BBQ be brought into the pool cage as this is a fire risk.

The Guest is responsible for the safe return of the key for the property. If the key is not returned or is lost, the full replacement costs plus change of lock costs will be charged.

Charges for damages, losses or any maintenance or repairs to equipment, amenities or fixtures, or any cleaning services over and above those normally required to prepare the villa for the next guest will be at the discretion of the Owners and Property Management Company and will be deducted from the Damage Deposit. Under no circumstances are any fixtures and fittings to be removed from the villa. Should an inventory check show items missing the full replacement cost will be charged.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

Payment Policy

All major credit cards accepted. 20% deposit needed at the time of reservation. Balance payable 30 days prior to check in date.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $300 USD is payable when you make the final/full payment. Your security deposit will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your return home, subject to confirmation that the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival. Any damage, breakages, excessive use of utilities or leaving the villa in a state that requires extra cleaning will be made good using your security deposit. There will also be an administrative charge. If we find evidence that there has been smoking at the villa, all security monies will be forfeited.

The Guest is solely responsible for any damage or breakages beyond wear and tear that may be caused to the property and/or to its contents, and also for any loss of items in the inventory during their stay. Upon arrival, the Guest should immediately report any damage to the Property Management Company who will do their best to assist and rectify the matter as soon as is practically possible.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days from booking start date: Fully refundable
Within 30 days but at least 15 days from booking start date: 50% total cost refunded
Within 15 days days: No refund
