Secluded Cabin in 200 acre family estate - Keene

Waking up in fresh Adirondack air with deer peeking thru your windows in the distance, you are surrounded by tress and private trails, and yet have creature comfort. You have excellent access to grocery stores, ADK hiking trails and Lake Placid. Unfinished 1st floor has queen bed, and washer and dryer accessed via external door. Fully furnished 2nd floor has master bedroom with spacious study along with living room, kitchen, and enclosed deck to enjoy the outside without concern from bugs.
The main living quarters are on the 2nd floor and require some uneven steps to access. The unfinished 1st floor has an external door for access and has a queen bed, some weights, and the washer and dryer. There is a ladder hatch to the 2nd floor but we have it locked for insurance requirements. There are also two flat couches on 2nd floor that we have provided sheets and quilts as an option to the bed in the unfinished basement. House has fans (no AC) and has electric heat with thermostats functionality for the bedroom and heater in great room under kitchen counter. Heater by fireplace and in bathroom can be used to provide additional heat but please turn off when desired temp is reached. We have found the two heaters previously mentioned are plenty warm for the 2nd floor. Heaters are also in the unfinshed 1st floor if needed.
