A request to book indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions, which includes signing the Vacation Use Agreement. NOTE: All reservations require a 30+ day stay per building policy. There are no lodging taxes billed for 31+ day stays.

The Seaview condominium building is located right on the beach, in the heart of Rockaway Beach and within walking distance of shops and dining. You can park your vehicle and never need to drive during your stay- unless you want to visit the neighboring communities and sights along the Oregon coast. (Please note that parking is available for up to three vehicles and there is no parking for boats, trailers or RV's).


Unit 403 is on the 4th (top) floor boasting panoramic views - truly the best view in Rockaway Beach.  The unit is approximately 1400 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and a balcony overlooking the wayside. The building has an elevator and two interior stairwells with secure entry.

Additional Sleeping: 2 twin-size cottage cots with memory foam mattresses. These can be set up in the bedrooms or living room.


This home has a nicely appointed kitchen which was recently remodeled with new quartz countertops and updated cabinetry and hardware. The refrigerator/freezer has a water and ice dispenser. There is a dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven/stove, as well as a toaster, electric griddle, coffee maker (both Keurig and drip), blender, hand mixer, pots & pans, bowls, cookie sheets, baking dishes and common cooking utensils are also provided.


Your reservation includes linens and towels (bring your own beach towels), dish and laundry soap, a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, and a few K-cups to get your first morning started. LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer in the unit (check-out requires that you start a load of towels)

NO BBQ: Please not there is not a BBQ (prohibited by the building association).


SmartTVs, Amazon Prime, Hulu

Please note that over-the-air channels are minimal, completely dependent upon the weather and signals. We typically only get FOX and NBC. You are welcome to plug in your own streaming device for easier use, or log into Netflix or other streaming apps. 

Amazon Prime Music is available on the Alexa device in the main living area.  There is also a bluetooth speaker that you can connect your own devices to. (If you don't like Alexa- you can turn it off/unplug it, but be sure to plug it back in and turn it on at check-out).

Need to work from home? There is a desk in the living room - overlooking the ocean-and a monitor that you can connect your laptop to for dual screens! Up to 400 mbps wifi.


The TV cabinet houses a variety of games and puzzles and there is a small library of books and DVD's for your entertainment.


Although Seaview is on the beach, it is recommended that you walk to the Wayside for beach access. Please note that beach towels and other beach related items are not provided. Please take care to keep all sand outside.


This home is not pet friendly, so please leave your pets at home or make other arrangements for them.


The building is non-smoking.  There is no smoking permitted within the building property, including on the balconies or in the parking garage.


The fireplace requires Duraflame log use only, no real wood fires are permitted.


Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.  Please follow the Good Neighbor rules so as to not disturb the owners in neighboring units beside or below. This includes minding the volume of the soundbar and subwoofer.

CHECK IN / OUT: Check-out is 11am. Check-in is generally 4pm or later, but there are are a few dates that we need to push check-in to 5pm.
If you book one of those dates we will let you know immediately.

Child friendly
Children are welcome, but we do not offer any high-chairs, booster seats, pack'n'play or any childrens toys or games. The neighbors below often complain when kids are running or jumping, so please be aware of this.
No Parking
Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles. NO boats, trailers or RVs allowed.
Not Wheelchair Accessible
Unit is on the 4th floor- elevator service not guaranteed as it does have issues on occasion, especially during extreme storms. Will not function in a power outage.

I grew up visiting the Oregon coast frequently and was excited when my parents bought their own "beach house". We purchased this condo from them last year, to keep it in the family, and look forward to sharing it with you!

Check in is after 4pm. If you desire an earlier check-in, it is recommended that you book the prior day so that you may check in at your convenience on the actual day of arrival. Or contact us 1-2 days prior to arrival to see if an earlier (1pm or later) check-in is available. If you are checking in LATE, please be courteous to other guests and owners. If you have difficulty with the door codes, please CALL us to get help. DO NOT knock on other units or yell for help (yes, this has happened).

House Rules
You will need to sign a Vacation Use Agreement and provide Photo ID in order for the booking to be considered complete.

NO SMOKING, VAPING or MARIJUANA USE ALLOWED per building policy. All smoking must be done on the ground level, outside, at least 10 feet away from the building's edge and not near any balconies or in the parking garage. There are owners who live in the building who WILL call this out. If we receive a complaint due to non-compliance, you may forfeit your deposit and/or be evicted with no refund.

NO PETS. This is not a pet friendly unit. If you have a service animal, it is imperative that you let us know prior to your reservation as there are extra steps that must be taken.

QUIET HOURS are 10pm to 7am per building policy. Please be extra courteous when there are people staying in the unit directly below.

NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. No gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. Quiet hours must be observed.

NO WOOD FIRES per building policy. Duraflame and Presto logs are OK to burn. Be sure to open the damper/flue and don't light fires when there is a downdraft.

NO BBQ per building policy.

NO TAMPERING with the Ring security camera. The exterior (front door) is under 24-hour surveillance via Ring. Do not cover the camera or hang anything over it.

Payment through Square or Paypal Invoicing, or pay direct with Venmo, CashApp or Zelle. 50% due at booking. $400 deposit taken as a credit card authorization hold. Booking requires a signed Vacation Use Agreement.

Please note that the City of Rockway Beach charges at 10% lodging tax for all stays of 30 nights or less. Please book for 31 nights to avoid paying lodging tax.
