Managed by owner. This is a beautifully upgraded, direct view, oceanfront, whitewater, 2 story, 2 bedrooms 2-1/2 bath, "resort deluxe" condo. Gourmet Kitchen, remolded in 2022 includes quartzite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and shaker cabinets. Both of the bedrooms have full private baths and comfortable king beds.

Relax in your front row seats to both the sights and sounds of the ocean. Watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony, enjoy local restaurants, or walk for miles on the beach. This Villa is located in the amenity-rich Seascape Resort Aptos, CA.

You will re-discover how to enjoy a few days,or longer, with full unobstructed views of Monterey Bay from either balcony (2) The Condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family adventure. Just a short drive to or from the bay area you'll find immediate relief from the day-to-day grind.This condo includes the use of 3 pools, Jacuzzi, on 45+ acres of park-like lawns/landscape. Sanderling's restaurant is on-site, as well as other restaurants and shops just across the street. Enjoy the gorgeous beach where you can literally walk for miles. Its only a short 7 minute walk on a well paved path down to the sand. Eat at many of the local restaurants, golf, workout at the health club (across the street), or simply kick back and relax to the sounds of the surf.

There are a variety of upscale fine dining choices, as well as many family-oriented establishments within walking and driving distance. Your vacation could be filled with relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, parasailing, wave runner rentals, kayaking, paddle boarding, bike rentals, surfing lessons, sailing on Monterey Bay, and much more! Seascape is minutes from downtown Capitola which features shopping, beach, great restaurants, wine tasting, and great entertainment for all! Santa Cruz is just 10 to 15 mins away where you can enjoy the boardwalk, wharf, concerts, and restaurants.

A Starter supply of toiletries, dish & dishwasher soap, paper towel roll provided. The initial supply is not replenished.

Since we are a private rental, some amenities such as room service, and fire-pit set up (for a min. $100 fee) are not available. Our guests use Grub Hub for local restaurant delivery or just walk over to Sanderlings. Golf cart rides to the beach are sometimes available for our guest, by the resort, but are not guaranteed. A well paved path provides a short walk down to the beach.

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, bonfires, and bike rentals are not available to private renters. Pools and hot tubs are accessible and pool towels are provided to guests in the unit.

Free Amenities: Use of pools and Jacuzzi; access with your key - we provide pool towels. You also can visit the restaurant and bars.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to the cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
