The Second bedroom which you will find on the opposite side of the condo offers a large queen size bed and flat screen Tv this bedroom is perfect for extra privacy as the bathroom is an ensuite. This bedroom also has a nice size closet and great natural lighting.

The Third bedroom is located on the same side of the condo as the Second bedroom and offers a spacious room plenty of closet space and with a comfortable Bunk bed set up with pull out trundle bed a flat screen Tv, this bedroom also offers a shower/tub combination bathroom right outside the bedroom entrance.

Located just a short distance from Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Alys and Watersound for one of a kind shopping and restaurants. Our property is in Seacrest and is an easy bike ride to the Hub entertainment complex (1.35 miles west) and Alys Beach (Rosemary Beach is 2.7 miles east).

- CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
