This home is located at the end of a gated street on a quiet block. New owners have updated the bathrooms with beautiful tile, fresh paint, new countertops and all new plush towels, fresh bedding and linens. Everything you need for a wonderful family vacation is right here! Enjoy all that Seagrove Beach has to offer with great restaurants and shopping within walking distance - including restaurants and retail that are a two minute walk across 30A at Greenway Station, including Local Cantina, Wild Olives Bistro, Canopy Road Cafe, The Salty Butcher, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream and Turbo Coffee. Only 2 miles from the Big Chill to the East and 2 miles from Seaside to the West.

Our home is pet friendly for a maximum of two dogs that are non-shedding, 50 lbs. and under only. The owners have fenced in the backyard which is a bonus for your furry family member!
**Pre-approval for dogs and guest acceptance of pet policy in writing is required. A non refundable pet fee of $30 per dog per night will be collected. Please message us directly if you would like to bring your dog(s).**

PET POLICY:
Please review and acknowledge agreement of the following policies in writing.
-Please be aware that although many parts of 30A are extremely dog friendly, visiting dogs are prohibited from all beaches per Walton Co. regulations. A fine structure is in place.
-All pets must be preapproved by the owner. A photo of your pet may be required.
-A maximum of two dogs are allowed. Dogs must be non-shedding breeds, no more than 50 pounds in weight each.
-A non-refundable pet fee of $225 will be collected per dog. This is a convenience fee for being allowed to bring your pet. This fee does not cover any damages or additional cleaning fees.
-All outdoor pet waste must be cleaned up immediately.
-It is highly recommended that dogs be crated when left alone at the house. Many dogs have separation anxiety or become bored, and as a result, they chew or otherwise destroy property.
-The owners have provided one large crate for guest use. The home will be inventoried between guests and if the crate is missing or damaged, the guest will be charged $150.
-It is highly preferred that pets are not allowed on the furniture. In the case that pets are allowed on the couch, please plan to have a special blanket or throw for your pet to lay on.
-Guest agrees to bring a sticky lint roller to proactively remove any fur from the furnishings. A broom and vacuum are available at the home for your use. Excessive fur that is not removed from furniture or porches will require an additional cleaning fee.
-Cats are not allowed due to a severe allergy of the owner. If cats are found to be in the home, guests will be required to vacate the premises IMMEDIATELY without a refund.


This home is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, on any balcony, deck or porch.

Bike Rental info There are many beach chair and bike rental companies from which to choose. The following company offers a discount to guests in our community. Big Fish Bike Rentals is offering a great deal to guests of our community, Summer’s Edge. You can rent four bikes for the week at $40 per bike. The price is normally $55 per bike so this is a great savings! They will even drop off the bikes, complete with baskets and bike locks and pick them up at the house.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you'll get back 50%. Cancellations within two weeks of check-in will not be refunded. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations for any reason. We have personally used Berkshire Hathaway for travel insurance for a reasonable price and have been pleased.
