Best location (seriously the very best) without a doubt on all of Fort Myers Beach! Please refer to our reviews for feedback from other vacationers!

Our spacious beach front condo (comfortably sleeps 6) is located on the less congested SOUTH location of this 7 mile stretch of sandy white beach. Our location can't be beat as it's directly on the beach yet convenient to the shopping and restaurants located just across the street! The condo / hotel next door (Pointe Estero) rents for nearly $500 per night during season. We are true ocean / beach (Gulf of Mexico) front, NO sandbar located in front of our building!

Home away from home awaits you at our spacious, immaculately clean, renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath Gulf Front condo. Our condo is a spacious, bright, clean, fully equipped, located in a well maintained beach front (we are directly on the beach) condo community located on the more desirable, less congested south side of Fort Myers Beach.

We are DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH with just a few short steps from our condo door to the sandy white sugar like beach, as well as the large heated swimming pool. Our condo is fully equipped with high end luxurious bed linens, soft thick bathing towels, beach towels, cooler, kitchen supplies as well as a full sized washer and dryer inside of our unit.

New high end wood and tile floors (completely carpet free condo) & attractive high end furniture throughout. Our condo is not a typical 'worn out' rental. We have been told by many people who have rented at various Fort Myers Beach locations for 20 years or more that we have the most comfortable beds of any vacation rental property on the beach! King bed in master, queen in guest room and brand new queen pull out sofa bed in large great room. The master has its own dedicated bathroom via en suite. A second separate bathroom for your children or guests!

Many extras in our condo including our library of family videos, books, DVDs as well as a variety of games, pool / beach toys for the entire family. 3 FLAT SCREEN TELEVISIONS (each bedroom has a television) including 50 inch flat screen in great room, all hooked up to cable television.

We have a portable play pen and portable high chair for our smallest guests.

Several great restaurants and shopping directly across the street and right next door. The Tiki bar & restaurant next store at the Wyndam Garden is delightful, located directly on the beach and is open to the public. Jet ski rental including organized dolphin tours as well as cabana rentals directly in front of our building.

We are just a tad over 2 miles to one of the top 10 beaches in the USA - Lover's Key state park. Publix grocery shopping under 2 miles north from our condo. Bike rentals, scooter rentals, public library, miniature golf, churches super close to our condo and we are just 18 miles North of NAPLES, FL - great side trip during your stay! Convenient also to Sanibel Island.

50 cent trolley with trolley stop in front of our condo combined with super convenient location allows families to vacation easily without the expense of a car or allow older children some independence during your stay.

Best value on the beach for such a spacious high end condo for it's spacious size and for being in the most desired beach front location. Our condo community is also well known for being one of the very nicest, well maintained, upscale buildings on Fort Myers Beach.

For your convenience : Covered assigned parking- no fighting over a spot in our building for those who choose to rent or bring their vehicle! Several building elevators, very secure building with high tech 24 hour surveillance.

Our condo has both beach front views and side views of our OVERSIZED HEATED BEACH FRONT POOL, 3 feet to 8 feet deep.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET provided by condo association in each individual unit as well as free wireless internet out by the swimming pool!

Extras: A large variety of family and children's dvd's and videos in our condo for your use. A variety of family games in our condo for your use. Pool toys, 'noodles', sand buckets for the kids to use. Leave your beach towels at home, we have 6 for you to use.

Responsive and attentive property owner (Michele) who is a FL licensed property manager, genuinely wants to make sure you have a great time on vacation. You will be provided with my cell phone number for text or phone calls as well as my email address so that you can easily contact me at anytime. I live locally and I am always happy to help should you need assistance during your stay!

The first 18 years of my life were spent in Cleveland, Ohio where Lake Erie was my best opportunity to enjoy sand and water. I yearned for the magnificent views and smells of the magnificent Ocean / Gulf. My additional strong desire to be out of the cold and snow, led our family to purchase this wonderful spacious vacation condo in 2005.

In addition to owning and personally managing this outstanding beach front condo property, I am also a licensed Florida Property Manager and a Licensed Florida realtor. Refundable Damage Deposit
$59.00 property damage liability insurance policy is purchased on your behalf therefore it is not refundable. If you would prefer to pay a $500.00 refundable security deposit, I will also accept that option.
Payment Plan: The same payment plan on Homeaway / VRBO which is 25% (or 33.3% for winter months) is due at time of locking into your reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival for winter months and 60 days prior to arrival for non winter months.
Pay Pal payments accepted - Pay Pal will allow you to pay via your credit card.
Stripe - I accept Stripe payments which also allows you to use your credit card for payment.
