Overview
This stunning lakefront escape, in the prestigious Rogers Rock Club, is pure perfection. Located away from bustling Lake George Village, The Sand Dollar Lake Haus provides serenity on the shores of Hearts Bay in Northern Lake George. This contemporary home with its coastal decor, has over 2200 square feet of living space spread out over two floors. The main level has a well appointed kitchen, a full dinning room with seating for 10, a great room with a wood burning stone fireplace, plus a screened in balcony with gorgeous views of the lake. Also on the first floor is the "Sand Dollar" master bedroom with its own private balcony, king bed, flat screen and tranquil decor.
Across the hall is the "Starfish" guest bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen and a jack-n-jill bathroom shared with the master. On the lower level is the family room with another wood burning stone fireplace, a flat screen, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a multipurpose laundry/mud/office room. You will also find the "Seahorse" guest room with two twin beds and the "Crab" guest room with two twins and a bunk bed. Our house can comfortably sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children (1 set of bunk beds are available for children). We can not comfortably accommodate more than 8 adults - our goal is quality over quantity and we want all our guests to have a wonderful experience.
The Sand Dollar was completely remodeled in 2017- 2018 and is now the perfect lakefront getaway. The backyard, new in 2017, includes some extras, like a tree house for the kids, a stream bridge, and a summer house down by the water for everyone's enjoyment. We also have a large 1000 sq. ft. deck with plenty of seating for dining or relaxing. The grill area is equipped with everything you need for the tastiest BBQ lunch or take a stroll down to the fire pit and enjoy some smores. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a late brunch on the deck overlooking the water or take the kayak out for a paddle. If the water is warm enough you can swim out to the swim dock, throw a line and get in some late afternoon fishing. Better yet, you can rent a boat, take a ride down the lake and then dock it right in front of the house. But maybe, you don't want to do anything besides lay in the hammock, enjoy the lake breeze, take in the summer sun and have a well deserved nap.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The rental period begins at 4 :00 p.m on the day of arrival and terminates at 11:00 a.m on the day of departure. There are NO early check-ins or late departures. The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that you checkout. Occasionally delays may occur during peak season. You will receive a door code one day before your arrival.

House Rules
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath & beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
• Care. Guest; understand that great care must be taken with the decorations, art, and furnishings, and that only approved cleaners (found in the kitchen) can be used on any surface. ABSOLUTELY NEVER use a soaked mop and water on the floors or any kind of scouring pad on anything. Should an accident occur tenant must immediately contact the homeowner to affect necessary clean up or repairs.
• After your scheduled check-out, if it is determined that the Guest has left the property inside or outside in a condition which requires cleaning beyond what is normal and customary, the customer will be required to pay additional cleaning costs at the rate of $50 per hour. Guest authorizes Owner to deduct this cost from Guests deposit.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING ISSUES: Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner immediately. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 5 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance issues should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. You must contact the cleaning company to address any cleaning issues within 5 hours of your arrival. You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to:
• No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens. No items are missing upon the inventory check.
• All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers. All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
• There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
• The property and all furnishings were kept in good order. Unit was left in neat condition.
• There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in a designated non-smoking area.
If you experience any problems whatsoever with the vacation property during your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the matter as soon as it is practically possible. Should a problem remain unresolved, you are required to notify us in writing within 7 days of your return. No action can be taken or liability accepted for any complaints received after this period.

Payment Policy
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: 50% of your reservation fee is due at time of booking (within 7 days). The balance plus damage deposit, accidental insurance fee, and cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to your check in date. If you have a credit card on file it will be charged automatically unless other payment arrangements are made. Please review your reservation and make sure all the information including check in and check out dates are correct.

Refundable Damage Deposit
All security deposits are refunded within 7-14 days after your stay. If any amount of the deposit is withheld due to violation of rental policies, damage to the home or excessive cleaning, you will be notified at that time.
Cancellation Policy
Please call us immediately in the event you need to cancel your vacation rental, and follow with a request in writing. If you have purchased Vacation Rental Insurance, please call your policy holder to determine if you have a covered cancellation.
If Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, any payments made will be refunded as follows:
• 100 % less $100.00 booking fee, if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Security deposit and cleaning fee are 100% refundable in the case of cancellation
No refunds are given with less than 6 0 days’ notice prior to the Check-in Date , for any reason, including weather, road conditions, Acts of God, mechanical failures at the rental, any noise or disturbance caused by outside parties or because of health or personal reasons. If full payment is not received at least 30 days prior to the Check-In Date, Homeowner may, without notice to Guest, treat the failure to pay as a cancellation by Guest of the reservation, may rent the property to another person, and may deal with the Reservation Deposit as provided under Guest Cancellation Policy as a Guest cancellation.
If Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, any payments made will be refunded as follows:
