We are a family owned and operated Townhouse with 1080 sq ft 2br and 2 bath fully furnished and equipped for a family of 7. Two car covered assigned parking, on manicured grounds with pool, grills and picnic tables.
3 Balconies - one off master bedroom, one off Living Room and one overlooking the pool. One with Polywood chairs and one with pub table and chairs
Large Island with 4 counter stools, Stainless Steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen with a full size stacked washer and dryer. A Beverage Cooler for drinks and extra storage.
Living Room with Queen size sleeper sofa swivel chair, arm chair with ottoman. 65" Smart RokuTV with free Netflix and cable channels with surround soundbar, dvd. Half bath off LR.
65", 49", 32" and 24" RokuTVs with DVDs and cable in both bedrooms and Living Room Master Br .
Storage unit with complimentary umbrella, chairs, beach toys, cooler and cart to use during your stay.
Keyless Entry. Alexa Controlled Condo to turn on Lights and Assist with directions

Do the exit chores as noted on refrigerator. 9..People other than those in the Guest party set forth above Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest and may be asked to leave if need be. Max 7 Guest. 10. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. 11. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 12. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and returned to their proper places before leaving property, 13. Payment Policy
Final payment must be made one month before your stay.
Refundable Damage Deposit
I require a Damage insurance that you buy for 69.00. This covers you for accidents of all kinds. Making for no problems or a bad vacation experience.
Cancellation Policy
Less than 30 days I only refund if the condo is rented minus the difference and the insurance policy plus a 50.00 convince fee. I do my best to re-rent. And have very few cancellations.
Bad weather is not a reason for cancellation. I encourage you to take out travel insurance thru travel guard.

We encourage everyone to take out Insurance for ****Trip Interruption Insurance**** for weather, or other emergencies that cut your trip short.
