No one under 12 at pool without an adult. 3.No loud noises to disturb neighbors. 4. No drugs on property, Smoking or vaping in house. 5.No throwing things over deck. 6.Do not disturb electronics or owners Property. 7.Leave property as you found it. 8. Do the exit chores as noted on refrigerator. 9..People other than those in the Guest party set forth above Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest and may be asked to leave if need be. Max 7 Guest. 10. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. 11. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 12. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and returned to their proper places before leaving property, 13. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 14.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units to the beach. 15.Swimming Pool: [No children under the age of 12 permitted in pools at any time without adult supervision]. Use at your own risk. Pool is for Sand Dollar Guest only.16.No Grilling on Balcony this is a fire code violation. /Don't throw anything including Cigarette Butts off balcony or scream from balcony. Please be respectful of your neighbors.17.Do not interfere with owner’s belongings in any locked owner’s closets. Will be considered as theft of property and will be handled as such.
18. Storms: a.SEVERE WEATHER - We do not refund rents lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit.b.Hurricane Policy and Tropical Storm Policy: We DO NOT offer any refunds for Hurricanes or Tropical Storms.c. Travel Insurance provided by TRAVEL GUARD:Every year, snowstorms, hurricanes and other unexpected weather events cause travelers to delay, interrupt or even cancel their trips completely. A travel ins. plan can help cover your vacation investment.d.ACTS OF GOD: We shall not be liable for events beyond our control. EVACUATION PROCEDURES are in the manual with maps and emergency numbers.
Damage Insurance is purchased at time of rental. contact owner if anything is broken at time of entry. If anything is broken during your rental your insurance covers.Please let owner know so it can be taken care of for next rental. That is what your damage insurance is for. Please treat this condo like your home.
