Pets are allowed

Pet must be well behaved and get along with other pets. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat on site. Dogs have room to run and play. Any pet showing repeated signs of aggression will be asked to leave without refund. Number of pets must be pre approved. Pet fee will be refunded if no damages are found and all pet waste is removed. Silvercliff has an awesome dog park to allow your loved one to play.

Overview

This is a 22 foot Toy hauler. Queen size bed small kitchenette, refrigerator, sitting area and a deck to enjoy those quiet, peaceful views of a mountain getaway. Located on a dead end road about 10 miles south of the beautiful small town of Westcliffe & Silvercliff, CO. Enjoy the towns many locally owned resturants and shops. Dessert at the local ice cream shop! Westcliffe is a Dark Sky community so sit out on the deck and see the millions of stars each night. Secluded and private. Best part is your fury pups are always welcome!

Child friendly

This is child friendly. They have wide open outdoor space to play, county dirt roads to ride bikes. Children have to know how to explore and find curiosity in nature. There is a park in the town of Westcliffe.

No. Anyone found to be having a party will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

No smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside or around the RV. There will be a cleaning fee of $200 if found to have cigarette smoke inside the RV and if there is disposal of butts on the ground or around the premises. Must be disposed of properly.

Payment Policy

Currently Accepting Cash, Check, Money order, Direct bank deposits. In the future I will be accepting credit cards.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$150 security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund 15 days before arrival.
14 days - 10 days before arrival 10% cancellation fee.
9-5 days before arrival 15% cancellation fee.
4-2 days before arrival 20% cancellation fee
1 day before arrival 40% cancellation fee
Day of arrival cancellation refund in full minus 1 night stay fee.
