We live in Gulf Shores and have two condo's one at Royal Palms, Unit #1003 as well as Four Winds, Unit #302. If Four Winds is booked be sure to check out Royal Palms Condo #1003. Both condos are beach front and beautifully decorated and very well maintained.

You will be provided a Kaba key code to the front door in advance of your visit no keys are used. Your parking pass will be on the refrigerator and must be displayed on your rear view mirror when in the parking lot. If you arrive early after getting your supplies there is a public restroom near the pool to change clothes and you can enjoy the pool and beach.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
We make an exception for married couples.
Payment Policy
Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been made. We favor full payment at the time of booking, we can split payments up to 3 payments prior to the reservation but the last payment has to be over 30 days from the date of stay
Cancellation Policy
60+ days full refund, 30-60 days 50% refund, less than 30 days we will credit the cleaning fee, taxes and parking pass but the rental will be retained.
Notes
Four Winds is a non smoking building, there is a separate smoking area near the parking lot, no smoking in the condo or on the balcony. Only 36 units so our building is very small and uncrowded.
House Rules
No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. We do not rent to people under 25 unless it is a married couple. We do not allow parties at the condo. Damage protection is required of all guests.
