This is a brand new and creatively remodeled penthouse in an exclusive area of Bogota convenient to the financial center. It is designed as a pied a terre for a working couple. And can sleep up to 4. It is not appropriate for children under 12 as the stairs and terrace are definitely not childproofed and unfortunately is not handicapped accessible.

It is a Triplex. Entry is on 1st floor and is only floor with access to the elevator.

First Floor: half bath open kitchen and living room. Large balcony.

Second Floor: Bedroom and full bath. Office.

Third Floor: Kitchenette and huge terrace.

It includes a daily maid M through F who is a full time employee with all social security obligations paid. She can shop for you at the nearby Carulla, prepare breakfast and lunch as well as do your laundry and light ironing.

You are welcome to entertain on our fabulous terrace, but please respect our neighbors. We will arrange to refill the gas for the BBQ and heater as needed.

We have upgraded internet (20M) and HDTV in the living room and master bedroom. The black out and privacy shades are automatic.

There are two dedicated covered parking spaces.

It is listed for stays of up at least 30 days but shorter stays can be negotiated.

Guest access

You will have access to all areas of the apartment except the locked second bedroom, the computer and laser printer. There are towels, dishes, toiletries available for your use.

Interaction with guests

We are available via text 24 7 before, during and after the stay.

Check in and check out must be during the maids working hours. M-F 8am-2pm. No exceptions and we ask that you please respect the quiet residential environment in our building.

The neighborhood

Los Rosales is a fabulous neighborhood in Bogota, close to the Zona G, Zona T and the Centro Andino as well as most law firms and business offices.

Getting around

We have two parking spots for your use and Uber and Taxis are readily available. We can also arrange private drivers and airport pickup and drop-offs.

Other things to note

Check in and out must be during the maids working hours. 8 am - 2pm. Monday through Saturday. We cannot accommodate other times at this time.
