Overview
Our stunning Mississippi riverfront mansion was built 1868 in the Italianate architectural design, complete with it’s original carriage house. River’s Bend is nestled on the river’s edge below limestone bluffs with grand and majestic views of the river’s sharpest bend and framed by the historic Black Hawk bridge. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 8 room house is rich in comfort and amenities for 1-8 people. Relax and watch the Eagles soar over the lazy river from the covered porch or take a short stroll to the quaint shops. Wake to a beautiful sunrise over the historic Black Hawk Bridge with our gourmet coffee and the cozy slippers we offer for you to lounge in the comfort of our spacious home. Sprawl out in three separate living areas where everyone can unwind with a good book, play board games or put puzzles together.

The front porch overlooks the mighty Mississippi River and the screened-in porch offers breathtaking views of the river. Gather on the back patio area to enjoy a BBQ under the river bluffs.

Policies and Rules
Check In: 4PM - Flexible
The week prior to your check-in, you will be emailed the rental agreement and house rules to sign. The day of your check-in, the electronic key pad codes and WiFi passwords will also be sent to the primary booking guest.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
House Rules
No pets of any kind. No smoking or vaping or chewing tobaccos inside the house. Designated smoking area on back patio area only. No parities or events. If guests are found to have had a party without hosts permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning fees and in the unfortunate event to the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Primary renters must be 25 years or older to rent River’s Bend. No third party bookings. Booking guest must be present (valid phone number). Only registered guests allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people (including children).
River’s Bend is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbances caused to other residents in the neighborhood.

Damages or excessive party type cleaning will cause forfeit of the security deposit.

Additional security deposit required for every booking per House Rules; booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. Unpaid deposit means NO ENTRY. No dogs, cats (allergies) or other mammals, amphibians or birds. No tampering with the WiFi Router or security home electronics. No coolers or ice boxes allowed to stay inside the house on the wood floors. (may be places in back entry way or outside) 2. No tampering with or disabling the Router WiFi, Ring cameras, Nest Thermostat or outdoor security cameras. If they are tampered with, you will immediately be asked to leave and will sacrifice any security deposit you may have paid. No refunds. 3. “By booking, guests agree to pay an additional security deposit prior to check in. Booking guests acknowledge that access to property will be denied until deposit is paid in full or reservation is forfeited without refund. Payment is collected via Airbnb and is potentially fully refundable if all house rules are honored. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
