Large windows span the back of the home on both upper and lower levels, providing gorgeous panoramic year round lake views. Open floor plan - with kitchen, dining, and living areas all open to each other - takes advantage of those breathtaking views. Bedrooms are as follows: 1) Master bedroom, main level, king bed and attached full bath, access to the upper deck, 2) Bedroom #2, lower level, king bed, 3) Bedroom #3 (no window), lower level, queen bed, large WI closet and 4) Bedroom #4/Bunk Room with 2 twin over full bunk beds and 2 separate twin beds for a total of 6 beds in bunk room, WI closet. Lower level also features an additional living area, access to lower deck, as well as a laundry room with W/D. Lake House decor throughout the home to enhance the charm of it all! High speed internet available, and most TV's (upstairs living room, master bedroom, Bedroom #2, upper deck, and basement living room) have FireSticks so you can easily access your favorite streaming services.

Outside, expansive upper and lower decks take full advantage of, once again, those phenomenal views, including views of the Shell Knob Bridge. With the back of the house facing south, frequently both sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from the decks. One fun, unique feature is that the back of the garage has a two car door that opens up to the upper deck, expanding the outdoor living space even further. A gas grill sets on the deck, ready for all your favorite grilling recipes. A flat screen TV even provides the opportunity for evening movies outside! Ring the Bull and Corn Hole games offer additional family fun outdoors.

This home rests at the end of a private drive shared by only one other home. There is an empty wooded lot to one side of the home; however, it has been purchased and will be built on at some point. Quiet neighborhood only a few minutes to conveniences like the grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, liquor stores, bait & tackle shops, antique/craft shopping, pharmacy, and more. Shell Knob is approximately one hour to Branson, Springfield, Eureka Springs, and close to numerous other nearby towns and attractions, including Roaring River State Park, one of our personal favorite spots (incredible trout fishing!)

There are two marinas nearby, Campbell's Point Marina and King's River Marina. Both offer boat rentals and/or slip rentals, if you bring your own boat. If you bring your own boat, we recommend dropping it off at the marina before you arrive as turning around a loaded trailer in the dead end driveway can be difficult.

~~~This is our personal vacation home that we use throughout the year. We have made many memories as a family at Table Rock Lake and are excited to begin helping other families experience all the fun we enjoy while we are there living the lake life!

*In the winter months, the basement can be cooler than the upstairs, which is typical for homes with basements.
