We have a self-check-in process and check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM. Come and go as you please. I am happy to speak on the phone about all the great places in Asheville that you should visit.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by mountain views and rolling picturesque landscape. You have complete privacy on the back deck. The neighborhood is perfect for a walk, bicycling, or jogging. There are beautiful views, spaciously placed houses, and considerate traffic patterns. The home is easy to get to without having to climb any steep mountains in order to enjoy the spectacular views.

A few things to note before heading to our home in Asheville. We have an easy self-check-in procedure. On the day of arrival please the access code and check-in instructions will be emailed to you around 3:00 PM. I do not give these out ahead of time for the privacy and security of the current guests.

2. Because we care about our neighbors and their enjoyment of both their homes and our beautiful neighborhood, there is a 4-car maximum allowed at our home. Also, please no parking in the cul-de-sac or on the grass. If you have more than 4 cars, please leave them a local business or grocery store that allows overnight or long term parking.

Early Check-in: Sometimes this is available and sometimes it is not. We will let you check into our home as soon as it is clean and ready. our home is a turn around and it regularly takes the cleaners 6-8 hours to get the home ready for the next guest. If you would like an early check in, please contact me 1-2 days prior to your stay to see if this is available. I will have no way of knowing if early check in is a possibility until then. The earliest free check-in is 3:00 PM. If you'd like pricing on an earlier check-in please let me know. Late Checkout: We are more than happy to offer you a late check out, if it is available. Late check outs are $75 after the first hour. The garage is used for personal storage and is not available for guest use during your stay.

**************** Government issued ID, signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. Minimum renter age is 28. Please note, that we do have exterior security cameras on site that face the driveway and backyard - there is no audio. The $750 deposit is a hold on your credit card that is charged 3 days prior to arrival and released 10 days after departure. If you do not submit your ID and sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking and your arrival date is more than 60 days in advance, your reservation will be canceled and you will receive a full refund, minus a $300 administration fee. It is beyond our control to refund any third party service/booking/insurance fees, however, you are welcome to pursue your refund options, if any, with those individual companies.

PETS: We do not allow any pets, including service animals due to an allergy issue.
