Welcome to my humble abode :-)! Situated in picturesque Botanic Gardens - just minutes away from the heart of Liverpool! You will be staying with myself and Mavis - the friendliest cat in the world :-)!
This spacious, clean double room features large mirrored wardrobes, design conscious furnishings / lighting, tea + coffee making facilities, fresh bed linens / towels and hair dryer.
The room also features a fold out chair-bed - so a third guest could be accommodated if need be.
You will be given your own key to your room and the house and are free to come and go as you please.
There is also free ample on-steet parking outside and around the property.

Kitchen - for breakfast use. If you would like to use the kitchen at any other time of day simply speak to me to arrange a slot.
I am very sociable and am happy to offer advice on local events, places of interest, nightlife and dining out.
The house is situated on a quiet road just opposite leafy Botanic Park and the historic Art Deco Littlewoods building. There are plenty of local shops, supermarkets and takeaways. The city center is minutes away by bus or train or a pleasant 25 minute walk :).
You can catch the number 79 or 14 bus from Wavertree road (5 min walk away from the house) which takes you into the city-centre and is approx 5 / 10 mins, fare is £2.20 each way. A day ‘saveaway’ ticket is available to buy from the bus driver and costs £3.90.
Alternatively, the nearest train station to my house is Edgehill (10 minute walk away) - where you can catch a train into Liverpool's main train station - Lime St. It is only 1 stop away and takes 5 /10 minutes. The fare is approx £1.50 (a return ticket is also available to purchase , giving a bit of a saving).
Liverpool also now has it's own pay-as-you go bicycle system that is simple, cost effective and highly popular with visitors to the city - 24 hours use is £3.
I can also recommended some excellent taxi services with fare ranging from £3 - £5 from my place to the city centre.
Please note that the bedroom is located on the first floor so if you have an issue with stairs / mobility issues then this may not be suitable.
