Ray Rambler - Springdale

PLEASE NOTE: Our rental rates include local taxes, since Vrbo does not give us a way to list them separately. This is why our rates may seem higher at first glance. Other property owners may add additional fees in the form of "administrative" or "other" fees to compensate for the taxes that Vrbo doesn't allow us to collect. Sadly, this means that the fees you pay to Vrbo for booking will be higher, since they calculate their fees according to what we charge.

This mid-century home is centrally located and walking distance to many conveniances! Completely renovated in June of this year, with new appliances, this little gem boasts 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, 2 car garage, and a large backyard with massive oak shade tree. Less than 15 minutes by car to downtown Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas. Very short walking distance (a block or so) to Northwest Medical Hospital, Springdale Water Park, Springdale Public Library, and many fast food restaurants along 71B.

The rambler has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, 65-inch Smart TV with Sling TV service and 300 mbps wireless internet for fast streaming. Wood and tile floors throughout, everything updated! A selection of books and board games available for guests, as well as a cornhole game to enjoy in the back yard. Self-serve entry/access, so you can arrive after check-in time if you so desire.

We offer coffee, condiments, cookware, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen. Beds have all linens included. Baths include towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The garage has a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill for use in the back yard.
