Super Clean, we have always followed CDC Guidelines! We wipe/disinfect all door knobs, faucets, remote controls, handles and switches! All linens and towels are white so that we always are able to wash with hot water and bleach! Stay with confidence and of course we provide toilet paper and paper towels for your stay. Private cottage on Arizona’s beautiful Parker Strip. One bedroom with secure parking for your river or Desert toys! Secluded but across the street from the river. Enjoy all the day & night time fun and return to a quiet oasis knowing your boat, truck etc are secure behind a locked gate. Modern, clean furnished cottage with fully stocked kitchen & large outside balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Just 2 minutes from public boat ramp, free day use area, Emerald Canyon Golf Course & more!

Originally from Hacienda Heights, we moved to beautiful Parker, Arizona full time in 2001 after spending many years as weekenders. We are grateful to be here all year around to enjoy the beautiful Colorado River and amazing hiking and off road trails around the area. We love meeting new people and look forward to hosting you.
