Cozy 2 Bed/1 Bath in charming downtown Livermore, CA which has a wonderful assortment of restaurants & shops and over 200 wineries just a short drive to the south side of town.

This quaint apartment is part of a small 3 unit tri-plex. It has 2 bedrooms with comfy beds and quality linens. The updated bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Enjoy a glass of wine or BBQing on the private patio.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including a crockpot and nutribullet blender.
The smart TV is ready for you to enter your own account information to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, or you can watch the Roku channel or Xfinity app without an account - no logging in required. The Roku channel has both movies and TV shows, and the Xfinity app has some basic cable channels like NBC, CBS, KRON4, FOX2, KTVU.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit for our guests who are on extended stays and need to refresh their laundry.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves.
I do not live on the property but am just a quick text away to answer all your questions and we have on-site property managers that are able to assist when necessary. We have self check-in for your convenience.
Our property is located in one of Livermore's up and coming areas on the north side of town. It is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood, home to people of all backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures. You will find an eclectic mix of vintage bungalows and multi-family housing from various eras.
The apartment is walking distance to downtown Livemore (just a couple blocks away!)
The location is a great launch pad for many Northern California points of interest.
3 miles to the Livermore wine country
4 miles to LLNL (lab)
5 miles to the Premium Outlets
25 miles to Oakland
30 miles to the Silicon Valley
45 miles to San Francisco
65 miles to Napa
125 miles to Yosemite
200 miles to Tahoe
The Ace Train and BART can take you to various destinations around the Bay Area. Check their websites for locations and schedules.
This is a non-smoking/vaping property and is not suitable for guests that smoke/vape.
Please note: there is a construction project finishing up at the property next door. Work typically takes place between the hours of 8am-5pm only M-F and so far we haven't had any complaints from guests about noise, but do feel it worth mentioning.

Full name and ID will need to be provided for all guests on the reservation (first name and age of minors). These need to be sent within 24 hours of booking. This is for security and insurance purposes.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. The apartment has 2 shared walls and neighbors in close proximity.
- No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (this includes both inside and outside). No cigarettes, no marijuana, no vaping. If the no smoking rule is broken by you or any of your guests you agree to forfeit $300 of your security deposit and you will have to leave the property with no refund.
- This is a pet-free unit. If a pet or animal enters the property you agree to forfeit $300 of your security deposit and you will have to leave the property immediately with no refund.
- Doors & windows should be closed when running Heat or A/C and and A/C should be turned off is away from the property for more than an hours.
- Without written approval from the host, no other persons shall occupy the apartment at any time, except those registered at booking. Please make sure that all guests are registered prior to check-in. You agree to pay $50/day for each unregistered guest who is at the apartment for any amount of time.
- The property is not to be used for commercal use without written permission from the host. Any unauthorized commercial use of property will result in an additional commercial use fee of a minimum of $250/day. ***No unauthorized photo or video shoots***
