Short drive to all local attractions;Turner Falls, Arbuckle Lake etc. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drink on the beautiful deck where often you can see deer.

This is the perfect place to unplug! You can simply hang out and enjoy some down time or visit local attractions. Every room has a view of trees, you cannot see any other homes from this location. We own 6 acres surrounding it, 2 sides connect to national park land. You may see deer while visiting, as well as roadrunners and many birds. You will enjoy the deck all times of the day.

No laundry room is accessible.

You will find the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, dishes etc. We provide a starter of paper products (1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls toilet paper) as well as general cleaning supplies.

We will meet you at the home upon checkin and are happy to provide you information regarding local attractions.

This home is surrounded by trees. The area is rural yet close to a main road, within 1 mile of Arbuckle Lake and 15 minutes to Turner Falls. Lots of wildlife.

Cleaning checklist prior to departure includes emptying all trash, loading and running dishwasher. Please do not strip beds, this allows us to easily find any bedding which needs special pretreatment prior to being laundered.

Charcol grill provided. We do not provide charcol itself. We provide 1 towel per guests, these are for indoor use only. Please bring towels for use at attractions.

If you want to bring a boat please note the driveway is a hill and can be a challenge. We are only house on the road so there is option to park on road.

Please note external security cameras are in place at this property. Dish Tv available as well as an assortment of DVDs. House is equipped with home automation, if doors are left open, HVAC shuts off.
