It is a spacious two-bedroom villa in the Real del Carmen Complex, Playacar Phase II, located in Playa del Carmen close to white sandy beaches, an 18 hole golf course (discount available for guests), beach club, shopping and restaurants on the famous fifth avenue.
The villa has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a king-size bed. Both rooms are en suite. There is also a loft area containing a sofa bed and computer. There are two balconies, four bathrooms three of which contain showers, bar, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. All linen is provided, as is a hair dryer and an iron.
We have considered all your needs, so the villa includes 2 bicycles, Sky TV, computer with 24 hour internet connection, landline and a DVD player with a wide range of DVD’s, Outside; 2 patios lead directly to 3 swimming pools including a baby pool where the whole family can enjoy the Caribbean sun. A few steps away is a clubhouse, with bathrooms, changing rooms and an area for entertaining. There is also private parking in front of house.
The complex has 24 hour security. Pets are allowed.
