THE BLUEBIRD OBA is a beautiful and spacious 1958 sqft. 3 bedroom/4 bathroom beach front condo that easily accommodates 10 guests, located on the 27th floor of Phoenix West II in Orange Beach, Alabama. Enjoy a gorgeous panoramic Gulf view through the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, or lounge on the large balcony to fully embrace the sea breeze. The unit has been recently renovated with new floors, paint, and furniture to create a light and airy beach feel throughout. Ideal for dual families or larger single families, as well as large groups! 3 very spacious bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) - 2 with King bed, 1 with two Queen beds and two twin bunk beds that can easily sleep 6. Each room is equipped with a large high definition TV so everyone can watch the big game or their favorite show.

TheBluebirdOBA.... is in the Phoenix West II condo building, unit 2703 on the 27th floor.

Almost everything you need will be provided for a week at TheBluebirdOBA....! You will be provided, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and more! We want you to be able to start your vacation as soon as you arrive!

Enjoy the facility's oceanfront outdoor pool, large lazy river and water slide, heated indoor pool, or one of many hot tubs and saunas! Relax on the large private white sand beach and walk to Alabama Gulf State Park to enjoy walking and biking trails!

Unit includes:
• Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, dual showers, ocean view and King sized bed (sleeps 2)
• 2nd bedroom and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower and King sized bed (sleeps 2)
• 3rd bedroom and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower and 2 Queen sized beds, along with 2 lofted twin beds (sleeps 6)
• 4th bathroom with shower, washer, and dryer
• Spacious living room with upgraded wrap-around couch and comfy rockers that spin to easily enjoy ocean views.
• 4 high definition large screen TVs with satellite 200+ channel package
• Roomy luxury kitchen includes granite counter tops, premium appliances including full sized refrigerator, oven, flat top stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and both standard and Keurig single cup coffee machines. Crockpot and mini food processor also available for use.

Cleaning:
• Unit fully sanitized after each visit
• All sheets and blankets are replaced each visit with newly cleaned and sanitized sheets and blankets
• All surfaces are deep cleaned

THEBLUEBIRDOBA.... is able to offer early check in for DIRECT BOOKINGS is 3 pm only, for all other bookings check in will begin at 4 pm.

Garage parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles (per HOA rules). Parking passes are $35 each. Parking passes will be purchased at the HOA desk upon your stay and NOT included in your quote.

A $250 security deposit is required to be paid 2 days prior to the reservation. It will be a $250 hold on the credit card and will be released 5 days after departure if there is no damage or excess cleaning needed.

Longer (almost monthly) stays are allowed from mid October-mid March with a max of 28 days. Currently have 20 January- 17 February available. Please message me if you have any questions.
