Walk outside and you are walking among 100+ year old brownstones. Across the street from your house is a public park perfect for dog walking, there is the free Walters Art Museum, newly renovated Washington Monument, the Peabody Conservatory with its dramatic stairs and publicly available library -- and all this you can see from your stoop! Please respect your neighbors and do not make excessive noise in your unit between the hours of 10pm and 9am. Enjoy & be respectful of your neighbors who are typically graduate students, medical residents, and university professors. Please, no late night weekday parties or excessive noise anytime.

If you wish to extend your stay, no problem, we love when this happens! Just give us 36 hours notice so that we may adjust our schedules.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The damage deposit will be refunded to the guest within 5 days of check out as long as the apartment was left in the condition in which it was found.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, reservations must be canceled at least 30 days before check-in. If a stay is canceled after that, a refund will be issued for any time beyond 30 nights from the date of cancellation. If a guest cancels with fewer than 30 days remaining on the reservation, any amount paid cannot be refunded. Canceled monthly reservations resulting in a reservation period of less than 30 days are subject to regular nightly fees and not prorated monthly stays.
