You must tell us in advance you require the pack and play so housekeeping will set it out. We do not child proof this property. Parents/guardians are responsible for securing all items.

Parking Included

1 parking spot directly in front of your front door! A second spot can be made available in the center of the parking lot in the overflow parking area.

Not Wheelchair Accessible

Wheelchair accessible on the first floor. (Note all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor) There is a full bathroom on the first floor.

Getting around

Terrific location just 0.25 miles from the main gondola! You get to choose - drive your car and park, or take the free shuttle that picks up at the stop at the bottom of the driveway! Convenient to the slopes and town!

Alise and Josh moved to Colorado by chance and fell in love with all it has to offer! We love being a car ride away from mountain towns, the ski slopes, the hiking & fishing! We love that we have had the chance to explore with our 2 children all the majesty of Colorado and there is still so much to see! We both grew up in the midwest, went off to college and got professional degrees. We love traveling and have fallen in love with sharing travel with new people.

Check In: 4PM - 12AM (midnight)

Access property with lock box code to access key. Late check out by request and confirmation only. Housekeeping arrives at the property at 10:15 am. Late check out fees will apply and be charged to your security hold if late check out is not confirmed in writing ahead of time.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security Deposit is a credit card hold. It is processed when you make your reservation and then reconfirmed just before your stay. The reconfirmation must go through to access the property.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
