From Labor Day to Memorial Day, dogs are allowed on the beach any time. Memorial Day to Labor Day, dogs are allowed on the beach before 11am and after 4pm.

Overview

Just 3 blocks (0.53mi) from a beautiful bay beach, and 15 minutes from downtown Cape May and the Coast Guard base. My home has a HUGE fenced in yard for kids and dogs.

Located along the main road running through Cape May county, getting anywhere is easy and quick. Cape May Brewing Co. is just 5 minutes from the house, and lots of other breweries and wineries are just 10-15 minutes away. Ocean beaches are just 20 minutes away . Some of the best birding and fishing is right up the street.

My home was fully renovated in 2021.

NO SMOKING. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker or vaper, this is not the beach house to rent.

The 3-season sunporch is wonderful on warm days with louvered windows to let the breeze through while hanging out with the family on the big L-shaped comfy couch. In cooler weather, cozy up by the fireplace and watch a movie on the large smart tv.

When you get back from the beach, or just need to cool off while looking at the gorgeous Cape May sky, rinse off in the outdoor shower in the rock garden.

Super fast wifi internet is included as well as beach chairs, a kid/pet gate, pet water & food bowls, water pitcher with filter, and access to the washer/dryer.
*Please note that the middle bedroom is the access point from the back bedroom to the rest of the house. This is great for families with small children, but may not be appropriate for all guests.

I provide bed linens and bath towels for the number of guests listed in the booking. Please bring your own beach towels.

PET FEE: There is a $200 pet fee that covers up to 2 dogs for the extra cleaning my crew does to keep the cottage fresh and clean after a dog stay.

A signed rental agreement is required with your booking. You may review the rental agreement in this listing before booking your reservation. By booking your reservation, you are agreeing to return a signed agreement within 24 hours.

No loud music- I love my neighbors and they deserve to be respected.
Follow the campsite rule: leave things better than you found them.
Clean up after your pup(s).
Have ice cream as often as possible.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit is returned within 48 hours of check-out if no property damage

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30 or more days in advance will receive a full refund. Less than 14 days will be a 50% refund. No refunds after that.
If reservation is booked less than 30 days from check-in, a full refund may be given if cancellation is within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
