The only real Tiki House in PCB. This is not a tacky neon tiki hut, but a true Polynesian inspired Tiki House. Let's call it "Tiki Modern". We kept a lot of the charm of the old 1970's block beach house. Then, we tied in a Tiki Theme with Mid Century Modern furnishings. Enjoy the coolestTiki Room with foosball and darts and a great private outdoors with a POOL. We want the house to be part of your beach experience, not just the place you stay while you are on vacation.
Welcome to PCB's only Tiki House. Charming original beach house, Mid Century Modern furnishings and Tiki Theme: we call it "Tiki Modern". We worked hard to try to keep the charm of the old beach house when we did the makeover. We restored the old Terrazzo floors and kept the green tile in the bathroom and some of the 1970's light fixtures. It all ties together great.
This 4 bedroom ranch sleeps 11. No stairs!
Maximum number of guests: 8 adults and 3 children/teenagers
- The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bath.
- The second bedroom has also a king bed.
- The third bedroom has two queens.
- The fourth one has a bunk bed with a trundle, so it can accommodate 3 kids. (bunkbeds no suitable for adults)

The kitchen has brand new custom cabinets, quartz counters, and new Samsung appliances. There is a 55-inch tv in the living room and another 55-inch tv, a foosball table, and dart board in the Tiki Room! Yes, this place has it's own Tiki Room!

In the backyard, there is a brand new pool and a Tiki Hut with a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool. Perfect place to watch the kids playing in the pool, relax with a tiki drink, or to be away of the sun while still enjoying being outside. The yard also has an outdoor shower.

Golf Cart ($200 fee) available to go to and from the beach. Let us know if you are interested in renting it too.
Beach Gear: we offer beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and even an inflatable pool for children.
