Paradise private resort with waterfall pool - Coachella

Check-in starts at 4 PM. Early check in is $50/hour if approved by host. Check-out is at 11AM. Late Check out is $50/hour if approved by host. The house accommodates up to 16 people. No loud music is allowed outside at any time. NO PARTIES/EVENTS are allowed on this property. Please respect the occupancy limits and noise ordinance. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house or you will be charged a fine of $1000. Small dogs up to 15lbs are allowed at max of 2 an addition fee of $100 per dog. If unauthorized pet(s) is discovered on Premises, Guest will be asked to pay a fine of $500 and leave without refund as Guest will be in breach of this Agreement. If it is discovered that an unauthorized pet was staying at the property once guest checks out, Vacation Homes Coachella has the right to charge guest with an additional $200 initial cleaning fee as well as fees to cover any damage incurred. NO pets allowed on the furniture or inside the pool. If pet fur is found inside the pool, a fine of $1000 will be charged. Outdoor BBQ grill ( When you need to use the BBQ please turn on gas valve located on the wall by the BBQ work table TURN OFF GAS VALVE AFTER USE.) Please clean up after yourselves. If grill is found dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of $150 will be applied Pool and Spa: If you wish to have the pool and spa heated please request 24 hours before your arrival. POOL AND SPA HEATING HAS A FEE OF $150 PER DAY. ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT RULES TO REMEMBER:  Please place trash in respective trashcans before your departure.  Please place all used kitchenware inside dishwasher before departure.  Please place all dirty towels inside laundry basket located in the laundry room before your departure.  Please close and lock all doors and windows before departure.  Please turn off lights and TV’S before your departure.  Pool cleaning will be on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please note that the pool man and gardener may come during your stay to service.  Gardener and trash pick up will be on Fridays.  Please note there are security cameras by the driveway and the front door doorbell. Garage is transformed into a game room with variety of activities such as - Pool Table - Air Hockey - Pinball. Please return all accessories to the rightful places at the end of your use.
