This beautiful cottage is located on Lake Erie only 15 minutes from Dunnville and 25 Mins from Port Dover. It is also within walking distance to Knights Beach, 2 mins away from the local boat launch and 20 to 30 mins drive to the Local Wineries.

Our cottage can hold up to a total of 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 1 Bath and parking for up to 3 vehicles. This cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, range,  microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove kettle, Pots and pans, plates and eating utensils, which are included. It also has wireless internet, wood burning fireplace, indoor ping pong table and lots of board games for the whole family.

Guest will also have use of the outdoor equipment and toys such as BBQ, Firepit, adult kayak & child kayak (2 Total), stand up paddle board and hot tub that seats 5 people. Yes this is a water front cottage, no crossing streets, no driving to the water, no long walks to the water.
