Overview

We would love to share our little piece of Paradise with you. The home located in Paradise Palms Resort, a 24/7 secured gated community in Kissimmee, Florida less than 10 miles from Disney World, Margaritaville, and Celebration. Other nearby tourist and vacation spots include Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Gatorland, Legoland, Clearwater Beach, and Kennedy Space Center (NASA). Whether you’re visiting the Orlando area to experience the Disney Theme Parks, to watch a family member or friend participate in a national competition, to attend a large sporting event, or to simply have a relaxing time away from home, Paradise Palms is perfect for you.

Our villa has over 3000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms—enough room so your entire family can be together in one house! The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal at home, and a laundry room on the first floor allows you to pack light! There are two living rooms, one downstairs and another upstairs, both with brand new 65" smart TV's and cable boxes. The home is equipped with high speed wifi.

Bedroom details:

First floor bedroom has a King bed with a brand new mattress. There is a full bathroom right outside this bedroom.

Second Floor has two master suites, both with King beds with brand new mattresses. One master suite has a bathtub and shower in the ensuite, the other has a shower only.

Three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs. The bedrooms are:

Guests will be given a code for the front door for self checkin. They will need to visit the main guard gate at Paradise Palms Resort to obtain a gate pass upon arrival, which will be used during their stay.

Please contact if your party would exceed 12. We can accomdate more but there is a max of adults that we will not exceed.

House Rules

• No smoking of any kind (including vaping) within 10' of the house. This includes on the lanai.
• No glass by the pool.
• No parties or excessive noise. If you play music by the pool, the neighbors should not be bothered by it.
• Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
• No animals are permitted due to owners allergies.
• Parking must be in the driveway or an unmarked spot on the street. No trailers, RV’s or oversize vehicles are permitted.
• All guests must be registered in the Resort system, or they will not be allowed through the gate or to use the amenities, so we must have all names. If you have not provided them, please do so ASAP so you can take full advantage of the resort.
• Broken, damaged, stained, or missing items will result in additional charges.
• No illegal activities or weapons permitted.
• The pool safety fence and locks on the sliding doors are for your children’s safety. Please keep these tools engaged to keep them away from the pool anytime there is not an adult present to monitor them.
• Checkout time is 10 AM. No late checkouts unless agreed to prior to check in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit will be returned within 48 hours of checkout, assuming no damage to house or furnture and no smoking on the property.

Cancellation Policy

100% Refund if canceled 30 days or more before arrival.
50% Refund for cancellations 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
