Enjoy this resort-like property making memories with friends and family. Whether you're lounging in the pool, soaking in the spa, playing on the basketball court, gathered around the fire pit, climbing to new heights in the tree house or playing one of many games, there's something waiting to entertain you around every corner. You won't find a more "fun" place around! The salt water pool has a spring board diving board which are very hard to come by now days and no longer installed in CA.

We are sharing our home with you, this is not purely a rental, and we take great pride in the upkeep and cleanliness. We ask for RESPECTFUL GROUPS ONLY! This includes following house rules, taking care of the home and property and being a good neighbor.

**Please don't book if there are any heavy smokers in your group!!**

Must be 30+ years old to book. ID verification may be requested.

Late check out may be available at a rate of $100/hour.

Individual booking is responsible for the whole group and enforcing house rules within their group. The person booking also needs to be the person to arrive at the house for check in.

WEDDING GROUPS: No using the house for others to get ready. This is not a "meet up spot" and serves as lodging only.

No bachelor/bachelorette groups

Upon booking, please give names of all adults staying and ages of children.

There are 4 bedrooms, plus a bonus room that doubles as a 5th guest room with a murphy bed. There are also 4 full bathrooms.

There will be a home guide on the kitchen counter containing information you might need to know about around the property.

House layout:
Downstairs is the front Livingroom, dining room, playroom, laundry room, hall bathroom, kitchen, family room and 2nd master. 2nd master has a private entrance through the side yard.

The family room has french doors leading out to the yard. Outside you'll find a swing set, patio table, bbq, hot tub, there is a pool in the backyard that is only suitable during the summer months (roughly June-Sept). Chickens are in a coop at the top of the hill that you're welcome to gather fresh eggs from, basketball court, fire pit, hammock, kids toys, and yard games (bocce ball, slammo, frisbee, corn hole).

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. blue and pink bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom in between. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom and bath.
We are only a mile and a half to downtown and less than a mile to Target, Walmart, Safeway and many other stores/restaurants.

It's not uncommon to spot little field mice in the backyard during the summer being that the property backs up to fields.

Smart tv is loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime tv, Youtube tv and Disney+. We have many games and toys. A park is a 5 minute walk away just up the court.

We do have our personal belongings in the home.

Most of the closets are locked as well as the garage, but the rest of the house is for guest use; including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, yard and hot tub.
Other things to note
-NO PARTIES/EVENTS

- NO GUESTS/VISITORS who are not on the reservation or pre-authorized allowed on the property.

-No loitering in the driveway or court.

- NO SMOKING (no smoking anywhere on property premises or even in the court). There will be a minimum of $200 fine if we find any butts or smell of smoke.

- NO DRUGS of any kind (including medical marijuana)

- No pets

- Please remove shoes inside the house.

-No glitter/confetti/hair dye

- Please clean up after yourselves. Please note if you're staying Tuesday night that you will need to put trash bins at the curb for pick up Wednesday morning.

-A deposit of $1000 will be collected 2 weeks prior to check in. It will be refunded in full after check out assuming there are no damages, extensive cleaning or broken house rules (smoking, additional people).
