Overview

It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Equipped for long or short stays. Its has 5 beds in total (1 queen size bunk bed (sleep 4), 1 queen size bed and 2 sleeper sofas) charcoal Fire pit, gas Fireplace , charcoal grill, washer and dryer, huge refrigerator, gas/oven stove. We provide bed sheets and towels.

Our names are Sofia Cervera and Yosvel Hidalgo. We got married in 2010 and have 3 wonderful daughters. Though we live in Miami, FL, we loved Tennessee. We decided to go into this adventure after visiting Tennessee for first time in 2019. We stayed in a little cabin just down the block. We instantly fell in love with Tennessee’s culture, nature, numerous places to visit during every season of the year, and specially its people. Since then, we have been saving money and dreaming about our own place where we can enjoy and share with all of you. It was a long process, but we finally made it in 2022, and we are supper excited that now we get to host you!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

The cabin has a smart lock. The code will be provided on the day of arrival between 3:00PM-3:45 PM

Check Out: 11AM

No pets

No pets will be allowed under any circumstances, if a pet its at the property at any time during your reservation you will be charge $250 from your deposit.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Maximum occupancy

If cabin its occupied for more than 8 people (including adults and children) you will be charge $100 per person (after the 8th) per night.

House Rules

A manual of the cabin and rules will be send by email two day before your arrival.There is a copy in the cabin as well

Payment Policy

100% payment will be take at the time of reservation. This will include nightly price, cleaning fee, taxes , and $250 damage deposit (damage deposit fee will be returned after cleaning crew send us pictures of the property as proof no damages were done during your stay )

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit will be returned completely after the cleaning crew reports no damages in the property. If there was a damage, cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from it. If you make a party, smoke, or take a pet with you to the cabin during your vacations you won't receive your deposit back.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds after that.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. NO refunds are given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what travel insurance your credit card may offer. You can also visit www.insuremytrip.com.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, etc.

Please be advised: Due to our cabin is located on a mountain where during winter can be very low temperatures or snow, you have to be advise that unless is a mandatory evacuation in OUR area no refunds will be provided. Before, during or after the storm/ bad weather/ winds the electricity, internet or water may be gone for hours or days. We will do our best to assist you and guide you during that time but no money will be return. We have gas fireplace ( this will keep you warm) gas stove (you will be able to cook) but our water comes from a well, in order to have water the cabin needs to have electricity. Also, when there is low temperatures pipes can get frozen (usually under 20 degrees F ) we recommend to save water enough for cooking, flushing the toilet, bath and to drink for everyone in the cabin. After all you are renting during winter and all this is part of the experience.
