Payment Policy
100% payment will be take at the time of reservation. This will include nightly price, cleaning fee, taxes , and $250 damage deposit (damage deposit fee will be returned after cleaning crew send us pictures of the property as proof no damages were done during your stay )
Refundable Damage Deposit
Damage deposit will be returned completely after the cleaning crew reports no damages in the property. If there was a damage, cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from it. If you make a party, smoke, or take a pet with you to the cabin during your vacations you won't receive your deposit back.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds after that.
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. Please be advised: Due to our cabin is located on a mountain where during winter can be very low temperatures or snow, you have to be advise that unless is a mandatory evacuation in OUR area no refunds will be provided. Before, during or after the storm/ bad weather/ winds the electricity, internet or water may be gone for hours or days. We will do our best to assist you and guide you during that time but no money will be return. We have gas fireplace ( this will keep you warm) gas stove (you will be able to cook) but our water comes from a well, in order to have water the cabin needs to have electricity. Also, when there is low temperatures pipes can get frozen (usually under 20 degrees F ) we recommend to save water enough for cooking, flushing the toilet, bath and to drink for everyone in the cabin. After all you are renting during winter and all this is part of the experience.
