Resort address: 4235 Gulf Of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 Our office closes at 5 pm (3 PM Sundays). Your keys will be placed in our late arrival box in front of the office. To Access the late Arrival Box: There is a padlock on the box, the code will be given in the welcome email one week prior to arrival. Line the numbers on the blue line, pull the lock open and remove from the Late Arrival Box. Open the Late Arrival Box, enclosed will be an envelope with your name on it. Keys to the condo, parking pass, and a sheet with some info and WiFi password will be in the envelope.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
