Each of the bedrooms has an an en-suite bathroom and built-in closet. The first bedroom has 1 King size bed and the other bedroom has 2 double beds.

Furthermore there is a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room that can accommodate another 2 people. A great place for a family or group of friends as it can accommodate up to 6 adults & 2 children.

In my personal opinion, the best feature of this penthouse apartment is its amazing, private rooftop terrace. This rooftop has it all: - sun beds - L-shaped lounge area - dining table for 6 people - grill area with sink - Half bath - And the best feature, a jacuzzi Truly an amazing place to hang out with friends and/or family. But the common areas are also definitely worth mentioning.

On the ground floor there is a spacious swimming pool with built-in sun beds and as it gets gradually deeper it is a great pool for all ages. There are several tables and chairs available around the pool area. Next to the pool you can find the business center/meeting area and one floor higher there is a gym with brand new equipment for all levels. The lobby/entrance area is very comfortably decorated and has an assistance desk that is manned 24/7. Furthermore there is a security door and a 24/7 security guard.
