The Metropolitano buses (Ricardo Palma station) will take you to the historic center in 20 minutes.

The Pachacutec room has a compact private bathroom with shower.

Breakfast included. The room has no television.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment is situated in an older building with the original elevator still in place. The apartment itself was competely renovated in a modern style, with art touches and a dash of Peruvian ethnicity.

Our place is best suited for tourists or business travelers who like a quiet, homey atmosphere.

NEIGBORHOOD
Year after year Miraflores is awarded the title of safest district of Lima: Here you can still enjoy a stroll at night.

Parque Kennedy, the actual center of Miraflores, is a green, but lively, oasis where people gather all through the day: Look for the cats, have your shoes polished, treat yourself to a Peruvian sweat or attend a music, dance or poetry evening in the tiny amfitheatre within the park. In the surrounding streets you will find a vast array of restaurants and bars to cater to everyone's wishes.

For budget lunches and delicious fruits you can head to Mercado de Surquillo just accross the Via Expresa (next to the Ricardo Palma Metropolitano station).

Right by the sea you will find Larcomar for high end shopping, restaurants and stunning views, views that can also be had all along the Miraflores' malecon, the walkway on top of the cliffs by the sea. Lots of Miraflorinos do their daily exercice right here: Walk, run, skate or bike. Don't miss the sunset in romantic Parque del Amor.

Evening activities can include visiting the archeological site of Huaca Pucllana , a walk through Parque Bosque El Olivar (San Isidro) or a visit to Parque de las Aguas (Cercado de Lima).

The historic center of Lima and the bohemian district of Barranco can easily be visited by taking the Metropolitano buses from station Ricardo Palma or Benavides. We recommend only visiting the historic center during daylight hours and to be cautious in Barranco at night.

Lima easily merrits 3 to 5 days, or even more if your time allows. Miraflores serves as the perfect jumping off point to visit the other districts and the perfect place to safely relax.
