Please feel free to utilize any of the house amenities. After use, please return all amenities to location and condition originally found or extra cleaning fees will apply.

NO Pet FEE of $500 plus the cost of repairs/replacement

NO SMOKING FEE of $175 plus the cost of airfilteration inside unit.

NO DEVICE TAMPERING FEE of $100 plus the cost of repair.

NO CHILDREN FEE of $150 per unauthorized child under 12yr. old inside unit.

UNAUTHORIZED GUEST FEE of $175 a person who enters the unit unauthorized when booked outside listed max occupancy.

**HOUSE RULES VIOLATIONS TERMINATE BOOKINGS IMMEDIATELY NO REFUNDS ON SECURITY DEPOSIT AND WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE OR BE CONSIDEREDAS TRESPASSING**

Payment Policy

Payment is due at booking and is 100% refundable up to 48hrs before check in. No refunds after 48hrs after booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit is refundable after 72hr of check out if no house rules violations occur, major damages, and/or early booking cancelations. NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

This is an apartment building with yearly tenants. Please be respectful because all of the neighbors are. Quite time is at 9pm. Neighbors will and do communicate with Host.
