We have three renovated cottages on historical Lake Champlain! We boast of our sunsets, views, property and scenic views! Fishing is a great spot here as well as family gatherings, multi family lodging, catering, events, ideal for children, boating, swimming, tubing, pontoon boat rides, fire pits, games, orchards nearby, & so much more! We take pride in this very beautiful, unique piece of property!

Our property is 1 hour to the Burlington Airport, and 20 minutes to the Bus station in Middlebury, and 1.5 hrs from the Albany Airport.
There are many sites to see such as the Shelburne Museum, Middlebury college, FT. Ticonderoga, golf courses, shopping, restaurants & more!
