Overview

A home wth 2 full bedrooms and a loft bedroom above for a total of three. A full kitchen is available for your stay. This is a 2nd floor unit that has its own porch just out front for Apres ski or just lounging. Skiing is just moments away and the hot tub is in the building just next door, a pebble throw away. You can go for hikes that could last for minutes to weeks just out of the door. Hole 14 on the Raven Golf Course is just across the street and missed shots can often be heard from the porch.

Family/Kid Friendly
I've raised two children a these properties but I do not see sharing pack and plays and such to be hygenic, but families are definately the group best fitted for this location
Parking Included
The parking is literally just out the front door, you can usually see your car from the window. In the Snoeshoe area this is a somewhat rare and very desirable attribute. There is no extended hiking from a public lot to the lodging.

Refundable Damage Deposit
If we do charge one we prefer to never have to keep one. They would be refunded promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Re-retal policy. We simply palce the unit back up for rent and pay the amount collected to the cancelling party. The housekeeping fee is refunded either way as it is unused.
