Overview

Our beautiful holiday Villa In Davenport, Orlando, Florida is a 4 bedroom home, located in the peaceful community of Calabay Parc, Davenport Florida

The four bedrooms all have Flat screen TV, some with DVD.

The Master is a king bed with ensuite, and our next double is the Queen also with ensuite. We have a twin room and a bunk room with double bed & single bunk over the top, these two rooms share the family bathroom

Our large family lounge with plenty of seating, large flat screen TV over looks the pool and sundeck. The pool faces south east and gets a great amount of sun throughout the day, the are lounger for relaxing and a covered lanai for shaded al fresco dining with seating for all. The pool has a safety fence and can be heated durinh the cooler months

The kitchen is a modern country style with new appliances and a dining area for all guests. Well equipped for those who choose to cook during their stay. Separate laundry room to the side.

The home has good wifi & air conditioning throughout which is included in the price of your stay.

For some family down time, there is also a games room, with pool table, foodball and a shoot the hoops game.

This large master with king bed, over looks the sundeck & pool, with plenty of closet & storage space. It has a very large ensuite, with separate wc, twin sinks, deep tub and large walk in shower

The queen room, is spacious and light and also has views of the pool & sundeck, closet space and ensuite with wc, sink and walk in shower. The is access to the pool deck from this ensuite.

Twin Room

2 single beds

Our twin room is again spacious with closet & TV - access to the family bathroom is opposite

Bunk Room

1 bunk bed

Our bunkroom sleeps up to three, with double bed base and single bunk over the top, this room also has closet storage, TV and access to the shared bathroom.

There are parking spaces on the drive for two cars, the comminuty has strict rules for parking on the street which must be adhered to

Our home can accomodate small wheelchairs, we do have a small step into the home, we dont have pool harness, or shower assistance

To get around a car is recommended - but taxis can be used. A car will give you the freedom to come and go as you please

Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS - 25% DEPOSIT OF FINAL BALANCE IS REQUIRED TO SECURE BOOKING AT TIME OF COMPLETING & SIGNING BOOKING FORM. THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE – YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO CANCEL FOR DEPOSIT RE-FUND.

SECURITY BOND – INCASE OF DAMAGE /LOSS OF INVENTORY /TO PROPERTY OF - $250 (2021/2022/2023) THIS WILL BE FULLY REIMBURSED 10 DAYS AFTER YOU VACATE PROVIDING THERE IS NO DAMAGED RECORDED.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION.
FINAL BALANCE DUE - 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN – We do not offer refunds after the final payment has been made. You the renter (Lead name on booking form) must ensure adquate insurance is in place to cover all eventua-lities of cancellation.

This must include all names in the party booking and any subsqent name changes made after signing terms and condi-tions.
Names on the booking should be in place at the time of booking. The owners are not responsibile for refunds should adequate insurance not be in place. To include villa rental and end supply failure.
