The Space:
The main cottage features a cozy, open-concept living space where you can unwind with loved ones. With a bedroom and bathroom on each side of the house, you’ll enjoy plenty of privacy and comfort:

King Bedroom with en suite bathroom – Your own private retreat!

Second Bedroom with a Queen and Full Bed plus a tub en suite – Ideal for families or friends traveling together.

A Spacious Central Gathering Area with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and dining area – perfect for cozy meals and quality time.

Just a short walk away, the separate bunkhouse provides even more room to stretch out, featuring:

Queen and Full Beds with a tub en suite, making it a great space for extra guests or multi-generational stays.

Own Hot Water Heater and AC/Heating Unit for added comfort year-round.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and the use of the kayak and/or paddleboard is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, kayaking and using the paddleboard. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, kayaking and use of the paddleboard and hold Sunrise Retreat LLC harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, kayaking and the use of paddleboard may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, kayaking or using the paddleboard if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, kayaks or uses the paddleboard while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible and indemnify Sunrise Retreat LLC for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party, and you will indemnify Sunrise Retreat LLC from any damages or consequences resulting from your (or your party’s) swimming and/or use of the kayak and/or paddleboard. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against Sunrise Retreat LLC for accidents or claims arising from swimming, kayaking or using the paddleboard. By reserving this rental, you warrant on behalf of all guests in your party that you and all guests in your party acknowledge and agree that you and they have read and understand this waiver and you and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between you, your party, and Sunrise Retreat LLC.

Guests have access to the entire house (keypad entry) with the exception of 1 locked owner's closet. There is off-street parking inside the fence, with 2 of the spaces being under a carport.

Jet ski and boatlift are not available for guest use; however, there are tie-down cleats on the side of the dock to which you could tie your boat.
